Working mom of two kids under 3, I often was unable to find 45-120minutes to squeeze in a workout. Enter T25, I mean it's 25 minutes...even I don't have an excuse for 25 minutes. I followed the program, meaning I completed them as ordered on the calendar. The calendar recommends you do 5 days in a row with a double workout on Friday. I don't know that I'll ever be ripped like the people in the program, but I'm happy with the results and I'm motivated to continue. I find that one good decision begets another, and I'm making healthier choices in my life overall since I feel better about my appearance and activity level.

I "almost" completed all 10 weeks of this last year and it really helped me shred a few pounds. I wasn't strict with my diet at the time either. I'm giving this series another shot full on with consistency and healthy eating. Can't wait for the results. The best part of this program is that it's only 25 minutes a day (for 4 days. two 25 sessions for 1 day). It seriously gets you sweating and sore. Worth the price

Best workout plan I've done. I lost over 50 pounds in 3 months doing this workout. Unfortunately I fractured my heel as well but I can't blame T25 for that, just worked out too hard! Great for getting the heart pumping and awesome that it is only 25 minutes a day. This got my body back after having kids. I even did PIYO and Jillian Michael's workouts and they don't hold a candle to this workout.

I've done Insanity about a dozen times before and with a busy work schedule, it was difficult to dedicate 45 minutes 6 days a week. With T25, I find it much easier to accomplish without taking too much time out of the day. I just finished week 4 of the Alpha program and I have noticeable results, especially in the lower body and shoulders. The core workouts are challenging and create a really good burn. I'm looking forward to doing the Beta program and using the resistance band. The only thing I dislike is that some of the workout feels like dancing because of the rapid foot work. Overall, it's a great program for anyone looking to shed after work without taking up all your personal time.

This is a great workout. I don't think there is anything else out there that can offer you efficient routine in such little time per day (25 minutes). It is intense if you want it to be and you will notice your body changing in no time as long as you stay "focused". If you are trying to gain muscle mass, this is not for you. If your goal to to become lean, then I highly recommend it.

Just what I needed. I wanted to get in better cardio shape because i'm the best man at an upcoming wedding, and I need to be in dancing shape. T25 is great. Just put the disk in the dvd player and Sean T does the rest, motivating you to "get there" Also the low impact modification is very useful to me so I don't stop when I can't keep up with the pro's. 10 days in and i'm soar all over. I just used a vitamin protein shake to stay in budget. The nutrition books are great too if followed! 25 minutes goes by quick!

I travel a lot and needed something quick and portable. T25 is exactly that- minimal equipment needs and the daily routines are 25 minutes (28 if you stretch, and you should stretch). I had doubts about getting results in just 25 minutes a day, but one has to be mindful of the nutrition component. The exercises are 25 minutes a day but you have to pay attention to your feeding habits all day. With T25, you are consuming 1200-1600 calories with a significant boost in protein. One could achieve results with just the nutrition plan alone, but you would lose the cardio / muscular / mental gains of exercise (just exercise people). Do not exercise only and complain about results; you must follow the nutrition plan too. I would give this 5 stars if Beachbody made it easier to get the routines on to a device (iPhone for me, Moto X for my wife). Sadly, they do not, and I had to brute-force my way into getting routines mobile. I understand the need for protecting digital assets, but in this case it is not very consumer friendly for those of us playing by the rules.

This is the absolute BEST purchase you can make if you want to see results!! It is challenging, but as soon as you think you can't do no more its over and you are DRIPPING sweat!! I am a walker (based on my fitbit I walk anywhere from 5-8 miles a day) with walking and T25 my body is completely transforming before my eyes... the scale is not really moving (lost a total of 10 lbs) but my body is changing, I feel GREAT and feel alive!!! I been trying to lose weight for a few months now, but started incorporating T25 for only two weeks and its like WOW!!! I'm addicted to get my 25 mins in with Shaun T. It's like once that is done for the day everything else is bonus!!

T25 is a killer workout - my wife and I do it together and we are on opposite ends of the health spectrum. She loves exercising and going to the gym and I am more of a recovering couch potato with bad knees. We both finish covered in sweat and completely thrilled with our workout. This is a great little package - it includes the grueling workouts (that have amazing modifications so that you can build up to the harder moves), as well as some great recipes to get your transformation started. Shaun T knows what he is doing and gives you the tools to change your life. I can't wait to get my T-shirt when I send in the before and after pictures!!

This is a pretty effective workout regime. My wife & I have been doing it together, and even without slavishly following the schedule (we never do the "double friday") we've seen great results. This is not likely to get you ripped, but if you follow it reasonably conscientiously, it will likely reshape your body and improve your strength and stability. It's not making us look like greek gods/goddesses, but it's making us feel stronger.

This will make you sweat! This is my second day and I am sweating and I couldn't even finish the whole 25 minutes. I push myself to my limit I stop when I feel like I'm going to fall down or need to catch my breath. I do Fitstar in the morning just to give my arms a good workout. And do this at night. I'm in it to get in shape not lose weight but I'll write a review when I'm done so far I feel like this will be a great problem. The first day i had to stop because my knee was hurting (my one knee isn't used to working out or exercising its always been like that) I'm sticking through this :)
